Quick Question....When is the last time you felt successful in your health and fitness endeavours.

If you are like most people, you more than likely give in to the soda addiction when you know you should drink water.
If you are like most people, you more than likely will decide that your day was too hectic to make it to the gym.
If you are like most people, you more than likely look at your unhappy relationships as if YOU are not the problem, but the victim....

But guess what, most people rarely achieve happiness, success, sense of pride.

We live in a world of insecurity and negativity because MOST people live defeated.

There are excuses after excuses.....it is not possible to succeed in almost any regard...or so people think.

I want you to realize one thing...this is big....

You don't have to be like "most people"..... You must instead rise to the occasion, make a good decision and celebrate it!

CLAIM YOUR VICTORY....what does this mean?

You must congratulate yourself when you eat a good meal, feel proud when you leave the gym, and appreciate the communication in your relationship, regardless of how much it hurts.

Claim your victory.... and then use it as fuel to make the NEXT decision a great one as well.

One thing that we have been talking a lot about with our students this week is "doing the next best thing."

Stop focusing on how far you have to go....stop focusing on mistakes you have made in the past....stop getting in your own way.

When you wake up, focus on getting a good breakfast....when you go to the gym, focus on each rep, rather than "how much time is left".

When you complete a great meal, or a great set at the gym....take pride in the fact that you just made yourself better!

Claim your victory....because I guarantee you that as those victories begin to add up, so will your self confidence, so will your results in the gym, and the weight will finally begin to change in the direction of your goal. 

You want to lose weight? Claim your victory.
You want to gain weight? Claim your victory.
You want be a more active parent? Claim your victory....

I promise, those victories add up.

You don't have to be like most people, and just because most people lack success in their fitness and health ambitions does not mean it is normal.

Don't be like "most people"...be unique...be you....and Claim your victory!
