FAT LOSS IS EASY....in theory.

Let me start off by saying I know fat loss is not easy (psychologically)... I know it is flippin hard.

I see the struggle in people EVERY day, I see the frustration,  the disappointment, the anger, but I also see the joy, the empowerment, the pride when they see success...but I do have to say...

The ACT of fat loss is easy. (for most...not all)

There will be coaches or programs out to confuse you with their smartness, and make you feel that they have some cutting edge program that will make you get 10x the results of their neighboring gym...That is not true....at least not because of their fitness regimen.

Let me tell you from my professional end...

The recipe for fat loss is not as complex as these trainers make you feel. 
To say that a program is better than another one, is to say that an opinion is a fact.

There is no magical meal plan.
There is no magical piece of equipment.
There is no magical program.

People try to make the recipe way to complicated when selling you fitness.

My breaking news for you is that FAT LOSS IS EASY.

Here is our recipe:

Lift Weights + Train with velocity + Recover

or to keep it even more simple:

Get stronger + Move faster + eat and sleep (well)

 If you want to lose fat, you have to do the following:

  1. consume less calories/junk food
  2. eat more veggies
  3. eat more protein
  4. Drink more water
  5. burn more calories (energy)

Here's Why:

  1. When you move more you will burn more calories.
  2. When you get more muscle, you will increase your metabolism.
  3. When you eat more veggies , you will decrease your nutrient and energy deficiency
  4. When you eat more protein, you will be fuller longer and improve your metabolism.
  5. When you are hydrated you will improve your body's internal functions.

When this starts to happen, your body begins to work more efficiently. 

Efficiency and consistency are the keys in your fat loss efforts. 

Efficiency breeds sustainability. If something is too complex, eventually your mind and body will fatigue and burn out.

Sustainability breeds consistency. If something becomes sustainable it becomes a habit.

Fat loss is easy in theory.

Make it a priority, be consistent, and eat good food.

You know how to do that, you just need to choose to do it.

Broccoli is good for you.
Pizza is not good for you.

Water is good for you.
soda is not good for you.

Moving more is good for you.
Sitting is not good for you.

You already know this.

You just have to choose to do it.....now that is HARD.

It is hard because it is scary....yes SCARY.

Performing in front of others (working out at a gym)....is scary
Possible failure....is scary
Extreme fitness programs....are scary
Changing habits....is scary
The opinions of others....is scary.

You want my sure fire way to change these fear, make sure you first hire a COACH. 

You want to hire someone that will believe in you, motivate you, and be PASSIONATE about you....

You deserve that COACH....the one to help you erase your fears and instill your confidence.
You don't need someone to tell you to move and eat better....you need someone to HELP you move and eat better.

Everybody needs coaches (Even I have coaches)
Not because you really need knowledge, but because you truly need help.....and that is okay.
